Veyo Shipping Policy

At Veyo, we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll always notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Veyo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Veyotherapy@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our shipping partners right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Veyotherapy@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
